Synopsis

The creature known as Todogiller possessed a chilling ability: a Freezing Shot capable of generating temperatures three hundred degrees below zero. With this, it froze its victims, and the Shocker organization then transformed the frozen remains into cyborgs, deploying them to enact their "Ice Strategy."
