Synopsis

A clandestine group, known as Shocker, has devised a devastating plan called the "Snow Strategy." Their aim is to melt the accumulated snow of Kusatsu Heights, triggering a catastrophic flood. To achieve this, they compel the physicist Doctor Mikawa to construct an energy bomb capable of unleashing intense heat.
