Synopsis

A clandestine network of information flowed through the city, detailing the transgressions of powerful men and finding its way to the ears of those within Internal Affairs. Meanwhile, Harris orchestrated a meeting of a different kind – a reunion between a seasoned cat burglar and the woman who had, years prior, reported him missing.
