Synopsis

A shadow fell over the precinct, a disquieting rumor whispering through the ranks. It began with claims of harassment, allegations that someone within the twelfth precinct was targeting the gay community. The reports, however, were met with a chilling silence, compounded by an unsettling discrepancy in the official records. The precinct computers, the very instruments meant to record and preserve, indicated that Fish – a name now synonymous with the growing unease – was deceased.
