Synopsis

Inspector Luger received a visit from a neighborhood vigilante, nearing the end of his days. Meanwhile, a teamster dressed in women’s clothing was apprehended by Wojo. Luger lamented to the visitor that his men were not sufficiently reviled by the populace.
