Synopsis

The men of the twelfth precinct were not accustomed to babysitting. Yet, here they were, guarding a witness with a penchant for trouble. Chano, it seemed, had a talent for procuring narcotics, and an even greater talent for using his colleagues' own money to facilitate those purchases.
