Charlie Ross reports from Wetherby. The vibrant colours of red and blue blur as racing enthusiasts navigate the stalls of the antiques fair held at the town's racecourse, assisted by experts Paul Laidlaw and Philip Serrell. Yet, the ultimate victor awaits at the auction in Darlington. Back in Wetherby, Anne Wickes of the town’s Second World War Experience Centre introduces Charlie to a collection of remarkable diaries belonging to local war correspondent Godfrey Talbot.
