Synopsis

A power struggle has erupted within the children’s home. Two managers are confronting two of their own frontline staff, a clash of authority and experience. Will the managers assert their dominance, or will the workers prove a surprisingly formidable challenge? Tim Wonnacott serves as their union representative.
