Synopsis

Keith and Evan found a bargain when they bought a once-grand Victorian house in Detroit's sought-after Corktown district. But the house, in a state of considerable disrepair—with cracked walls and ceilings and a staircase entirely absent—quickly revealed that its beauty was accompanied by a significant amount of work.
