Synopsis

Keith and Evan embark on their most ambitious undertaking to date: the restoration of a historic Federal-style home, striving to honor its inherent American classical character. However, Evan harbors a concern that Keith's vision for a strikingly modern, all-black, goth-inspired bungalow might prove a deterrent to potential buyers.
