Synopsis

Back home, Baki discovers that Yuri is scheduled to compete for the heavyweight championship. He goes to Yuri’s gym to offer his support. Elsewhere, Kuriyagawa informs Hanayama that he is unable to fight Baki until Baki has first faced Yuri; however, Hanayama has a different course of action in mind. Prior to Yuri's bout, Hanayama ambushes him, defeating him soundly and leaving his hand irreparably damaged.
