Synopsis

Drawing upon the full breadth of their patisserie expertise, the teams craft twenty-four identical fruit tarts and twenty-four miniature *petits antoines*, the classic French dessert. Afterward, they face a five-hour challenge: to construct a showpiece inspired by a Japanese garden, embellished with vibrant, flavorful roll cakes.
