Synopsis

Ellie Taylor and Liam Charles introduce a new cohort of accomplished pastry chefs, eager to vie for the championship. Judges Cherish Finden and Benoit Blin present their challenges, commencing with a secret test: the chefs must recreate Cherish's signature Apple Tin without a recipe. Following this, they undertake a showpiece inspired by both cuisine and beverage, featuring a reimagined Victoria sandwich, transformed from its modest origins into something altogether extraordinary.
