Synopsis

The final five teams will undertake a challenging culinary sequence: crafting the quintessential layered pastry, the millefeuille; perfecting the deceptive artistry of illusion in their presentation; and constructing an elaborate, bird-inspired pièce montée, embellished with delicate Paris-Brest pastries.
