Challenges include constructing a towering edifice of tarts and crafting a dazzling display of live plating – a culinary performance in itself. Ultimately, each team will have three minutes to reimagine their table setting, transforming it and their dessert into a breathtaking work of gastronomic art, with only three advancing to the grand final.
