Synopsis

Cherish Finden and Benoit Blin set the bakers a demanding task: to produce two sets of flawlessly uniform miniature pastries – twenty-four pont neufs and twenty-four lemon tarts – within a tight three and a half hour timeframe. The showpiece challenge requires them to reimagine the classic Eton mess, transforming it into a uniquely crafted culinary creation.
