Synopsis

Jaka oversaw three high-risk inmates: Anton, Haidar, and Elias. These men, like stray dogs, possessed independent agendas. Jaka's work was complicated further by Sekar, a law-abiding police officer who regarded Jaka’s methods with suspicion. The resulting disarray was considerable, as each man pursued his own course.
