Synopsis

Heather arrived in Walhalla, a Victorian town nestled in the mountains, where a sense of stillness permeated the air. The Goldfields Railway had preserved it as if in amber, its streets and buildings possessing a theatrical quality. A cricket ground stood stubbornly askew, defying any reasonable explanation, and the surrounding landscape seemed to echo with the presence of beings from ancient stories.
