Synopsis

With each new arrival of telepaths at the station, the inhabitants of Downbelow grew increasingly aware. A palpable tension began to simmer, escalating until an assault on one of the newcomers ignited a desire for retribution. The telepaths, disregarding Byron's counsel, resolved to seek vengeance. Separately, Franklin pursued a more discreet inquiry: the Hyach’s deliberate concealment of certain medical records.
