Synopsis

Sheridan granted the White Star fleet permission to enter the war. Delenn journeyed to Minbar, there to initiate a joint Minbari-Earth project focused on constructing a prototype of the White Star destroyer class. Meanwhile, Vir contacted Franklin and Lyta, tasking them with investigating the Drazi reluctance to return the remains of ships destroyed by the Centauri.
