Synopsis

Garibaldi explores a section of the station where a maintenance worker vanished, discovering a complete level overlooked during construction. This forgotten floor houses an unusual collection of people. Elsewhere, Delenn stands poised to assume the mantle of Ranger One, but Neroon vows to thwart her efforts.
