Synopsis

The rogue destroyer *Alexander* appeared at Babylon 5, compelling Sheridan to publicly declare the station’s separation from the Earth Alliance and to brace for an impending assault by Clark’s forces. Simultaneously, Delenn found herself compelled to journey to Minbar, the Grey Council having deemed the escalating Shadow activity insufficient justification for intervention.
