Synopsis

A secretive collective, dubbed "techno-mages," establishes a temporary presence aboard Babylon 5, and Londo Mollari finds himself intensely desiring an audience with them. Simultaneously, Commander Ivanova faces challenges from the Drazi, whose unconventional electoral proceedings prove a considerable source of difficulty for the newly promoted officer.
