Synopsis

Delegates from the Ministry of Peace arrived at Babylon 5: one tasked with addressing the Centauri Republic's persistent territorial ambitions, the other to assess the status of the local Nightwatch. Simultaneously, a Narn heavy cruiser sought refuge within the station's confines for necessary repairs. Elsewhere, Keffer pressed on with his investigation, determined to uncover definitive evidence of the elusive Shadow ships.
