Synopsis

Emerging from its absence after four years, Babylon 4 reappears in its original orbit. Sinclair and Garibaldi spearhead a mission to evacuate the station’s inhabitants. Simultaneously, Delenn is summoned before the Grey Council, who announce their choice for a new leader: she is to be that leader.
