Synopsis

Following a workplace incident in the docking bays, the station’s dockworkers initiated an unauthorized work stoppage. Meanwhile, G'Kar sought to participate in a Narn religious observance, but the accident had destroyed a vital G'Quan-Eth plant, necessitating a replacement.
