Synopsis

The emergence of a shadowy new Deathstroke in Star City compels Oliver and his team to intervene. Driven by a sense of responsibility, they resolve to confront this enigmatic adversary. Simultaneously, the recent loss of a comrade weighs heavily on the remaining members of the fledgling team. Grappling with grief, they devise a revised strategy to counter the threat posed by JJ.
