Synopsis

News of an impending assault on the city prompts Team Arrow to summon Roy Harper for assistance in thwarting the Ninth Circle. The operation, however, descends into chaos, resulting in widespread destruction. Dinah Drake, as Captain of the SCPD, undertakes an investigation into the aftermath, the unfolding events adopting a starkly realistic, true crime sensibility.
