Synopsis

A shadow of disappointment fell over Oliver and Felicity when they discovered William was keeping something from them. Eager to prioritize his family, Oliver relinquished his Green Arrow responsibilities, allowing the team to lead the hunt for a serial killer. But the pursuit soon spiraled into a brutal confrontation when those hunting the killer found themselves becoming his targets.
