Synopsis

Cayden James escalates his ambitions, initiating a comprehensive scheme to exert control over every facet of the city. Though the breadth of his plan is considerable, Oliver remains resolute in his determination to thwart it, relying solely on the Original Team Arrow—and without the assistance of Rene, Dinah, or Curtis. However, circumstances become fraught when William is placed in jeopardy as a direct consequence of Cayden’s machinations.
