Synopsis

The arrival of two bodies at SCPD confirms Oliver’s suspicion: a new vigilante has emerged in Star City. The team is divided on whether to intervene, hesitant to interfere with someone seemingly aiding the city's safety. Diggle finds himself increasingly disillusioned with his current role, while Thea fiercely defends Lance, who in turn reveals a startling secret. Concurrently, the flashbacks show Oliver finally confronting Konstantin Kovar.
