Brie Larvan escaped from prison and appeared at Palmer Tech, issuing a chilling ultimatum: she would kill everyone unless they provided the bio-chip implanted in Felicity’s spine. Realizing that Felicity, Thea, and Donna were all trapped within the facility, Oliver turned to an unexpected ally to assist Team Arrow in averting disaster.
