Synopsis

Diggle must find a way to trust his brother Andy, for the arrival of an old enemy – an agent of the criminal organization Shadowspire – stirs up ghosts from their wartime past. The visit unearths truths about their shared experiences that Diggle never anticipated. At the same time, Oliver confronts the daunting task of forging a completely new existence.
