Synopsis

A murderer stalks the city, claiming victims and meticulously crafting evidence to implicate Ted Grant. The Arrow, spurred by Laurel’s passionate defense of her mentor's character, intervenes to offer assistance. Simultaneously, Roy seeks out Felicity’s expertise, desperate to ascertain whether he committed a killing while under the influence of Mirakuru.
