Synopsis

A shadowy archer, known only as Komodo, emerges in the city, leaving a trail of bodies among the city's elite. Simultaneously, Oliver grapples with concern for Thea, a worry that compels Roy to finally reveal the truth behind her departure. Meanwhile, Ray Palmer finds himself drawn into pursuit of Felicity.
