Synopsis

Following Roy’s confession, revealing himself as the Arrow, Oliver finds himself compelled to remain hidden while Quentin persists in his pursuit of confirming Oliver's identity as the vigilante. Simultaneously, a metahuman commits a deadly act, killing two bank guards, forcing Oliver to seek assistance from Ray—as the Atom.
