Synopsis

Following Ra's al Ghul’s proposition, Oliver returns to Starling City, wrestling with the decision of whether to accept his terms. Simultaneously, Quentin Lance shifts his allegiance, becoming an adversary to the Arrow. And a new threat emerges in the city: Murmur, driven by a thirst for vengeance.
