Synopsis

With crime rates at their lowest point in years, Oliver sought respite and invited Felicity on a date. Their evening, however, was abruptly shattered by the emergence of a new threat: a drug dealer calling himself Count Vertigo, who immediately made the Arrow his target. Simultaneously, Diggle awaited the arrival of his first child, while a shrewd scientist plotted to seize control of Queen Consolidated, aiming to deny Oliver his inheritance.
