Synopsis

The escape of a notorious criminal from Lance’s past sets in motion a perilous course of events. To lure the fugitive, Felicity volunteers herself, hoping to provide a means for Arrow, Diggle, and Lance to bring him to justice. However, their carefully laid plans unravel unexpectedly.
