Synopsis

In Starling City, a formidable hacker known as Clock King orchestrates a string of bank heists, his expertise proving a significant challenge even for Felicity Smoak. Separately, Laurel’s resentment toward Sara Lance deepens. Elsewhere, a plane crashes on the island, and Sara provides aid to the gravely injured pilot.
