Synopsis

Unable to sway her father to believe her accusations against Sebastian, Laurel seeks assistance from the Arrow. Oliver harbors reservations about Laurel, a skepticism deepened when she is arrested on a charge of drug possession. Separately, Roy attempts to gauge the extent of his newfound abilities, but the experiment spirals out of control, resulting in a man's hospitalization.
