Synopsis

Oliver remained at a loss for regaining Laurel’s favor, until an unexpected late-night conversation with Thea sparked the solution he sought. While investigating a troubling murder, Oliver discovered that an innocent man, Peter Declan, had been framed by someone on the victim's list. As the Arrow, he asked Laurel for her assistance in proving Declan’s innocence. Separately, Walter tasked one of his employees, Felicity Smoak, with examining a $2.6 million withdrawal made by Moira without his perm
