Synopsis

The death of a young woman, found after a night at Verdant, drew Detective Lance and his new partner, Detective Hilton, to inform Oliver and Tommy that she had been under the influence of Vertigo. Oliver immediately sought out The Count at the mental institution, only to find him incapacitated and unable to traffic in drugs.
