Initially, I found this show quite appealing. Its raw, vigilante style really shattered the superficiality that often surrounds comic book heroes. However, despite having good narratives and well-developed characters, the series began to decline for me, slowly losing its unique qualities in favor of a more conventional approach. The point where things truly went wrong, as I see it, was when the central figure shifted from an antihero to someone involved in politics. To make matters worse, there appeared a rigid and frankly irritating element of preachy political correctness. This led to something generic, foreseeable, biased, and dull. It’s disappointing, really. I'm giving it a 4/10.
