Synopsis

A peculiar certainty took hold of old Mr. Grace: he believed Mr. Humphries to be his estranged son. Then, Mrs. Humphries – portrayed, as it happened, by Mr. Inman himself – made a dramatic entrance, swiftly demonstrating that she’d never known Mr. Grace at all.
