Synopsis

This week’s events find Mr. Spooner poised for discovery by a recording label. A persistent difficulty, however, is the tendency of his voice to fail him. Mr. Humphries administers a restorative tonic, which briefly restores his vocal strength. Yet, during a televised audition alongside the staff of Grace Brothers, his voice once again deserts him.
