Synopsis

With a transport strike halting all travel, the store staff found themselves unexpectedly stranded. Young Mr. Grace generously offered them shelter for the night on the shop floor. Tents were erected, though Mr. Lucas struggled to keep his standing. A makeshift singalong around an imagined campfire sparked conversation, drifting towards recollections of the last World War and the varied experiences it had brought to those gathered.
