Synopsis

Mr. Lucas tried to convey his affections to Miss Brahms with a note hinting at an evening rendezvous, but the message became tangled in a web of uncertainty – no one was quite sure who had written it or for whom it was meant. This initial confusion quickly blossomed into a series of misunderstandings. Meanwhile, the demands of the shop pressed down on him; Mr. Lucas found himself struggling to find suitable garments for his customers, a task that proved remarkably challenging.
