Synopsis

Bruce Parry travels to the remote northern reaches of Greenland, where the last traditional Inuit hunters maintain their ancestral way of life. He witnesses firsthand the hardships—and dangers—of a seal hunt, and gains insight into how climate change is jeopardizing this ancient culture. Yet, while rising temperatures present challenges for the hunters, they also create unforeseen possibilities. As Greenland’s immense ice sheet recedes, previously hidden mineral deposits are being exposed
