Synopsis

A summons from an enigmatic stranger draws Malory and her resourceful ISIS operatives to Monaco, where the usual rules no longer apply. Though perhaps, in a way, all rules are now in play. For Monaco is, at its heart, a vast casino, and Archer possesses four million dollars in untraceable bearer bonds. Moreover, it is Grand Prix week, rendering hotel accommodations virtually impossible to secure.
